Courses for Children

TeenMeditator

The children’s meditation course is specifically designed for children, ages 8 to 12 years. During the course, you will learn how to practice Anapana meditation. You will meditate with guided instructions for periods of up to 30 minutes. These sessions are mixed with story and discussion sessions, break periods, games and art activities throughout the day.

Please ask your parents to complete the permission form (in the application packet) and return it with your application. After we receive and accept your completed application and permission forms, you will receive a letter of welcome to attend the course.
